Product Delivery Time
Most items sold by HOTDEALS JAPAN are sourced from Japan after an order is placed.
Order processing and sourcing usually takes 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
After dispatch from Japan, estimated delivery times are usually:
United States: 7–14 business days
Other countries: 7–21 business days
Delivery may take longer depending on product availability, customs clearance, logistics conditions, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In some cases, delivery may take up to approximately 30 days.
We do not ship orders on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
Because orders are shipped internationally, delivery date and time requests may not be available.
If there is a significant delay due to product availability, sourcing issues, customs, or logistics conditions, we will contact the customer by email.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Procedure
If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us in advance by email at:

Please include your order number, name, reason for the return or exchange, and photos of the product and packaging when applicable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item is defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered, we will provide a replacement or refund at our expense after confirming the issue.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Returns Due to Customer Preference
Returns due to customer preference may be accepted only if the item is unused, unworn, unopened where applicable, with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs for customer preference returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Some items may not be eligible for return, including used items, opened items, damaged items caused by the customer, limited items, sale items, hygiene-related products, and items that cannot be resold.
